I was very pleased to be able to see the new instalment of the film on Saturday with some friends, It was amazing! I Laughed and cried and came out thinking what a fab role model she is for us all!
Who is perfect?
Im sure we have all had Bridget moments at one time or another, I know I have!!
I think it just reminded me that all women do amazing things, We are mums, partners, cleaners, cooks, councillors, tidy uppers!
We have lists, we work, we get stuff done, and then we are expected that our bodies should look a certain way!
"Oh right, ill just fit in 5 hour long workouts in each week, no problem!"
I have never been one for skinny is best and I am certainly not the skinniest in the world but I want to be happy and healthy as much as I can.
I exercise for my body to feel better and for my stresses (and believe you me, running your own business, even a fitness one, can be super stressful)
Some mornings (Like this morning) I have to force myself up!
But once Ive done my Lift Lean in 15 I feel I could conquer the day
I may then have a few mishaps during my day 😂 But on the whole I get through!
Please don't ever beat yourself up for not looking a certain way, or being the perfect women, we are all made so differently!
Get active and strong rather than skinny
My Lift Lean sessions are just 15 minutes per day and they DO MAKE A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE
Come on ladies, lets switch it round - 15 minutes per day for our mental and physical health so we can spend more time doing things wrong, forgetting things and having a laugh at ourselves 😂

I for one have changed this year, when I retired I said I would continue to do my exercise class with you for as long as I could. Well I’m only 73 now but I told myself to get out of bed in the morning and do Lift Lean at 6.30 instead of reading my book! It works!
