Glass of cold water by the bed

Use a dog cooling mat under pillow
Make a pot of peppermint tea and cool
Add lemon, fresh mint and fresh ginger to your water
Steer clear of caffeine – its very dehydrating
Avoid it in the afternoon as it can disrupt sleep
